Birthdays, Halloween, Dedications, and a whole lotta FUN!

Thankful & Blessed are WE!
Talk about an amazing season of memories in our life. Tyler and I feel SO SO incredibly blessed by the major things happening in our lives right now. I wish I had an easier way to upload photos because I have SOOO many wonderful beautiful photos to share.

Since our last blog post, great things have happened. Hank and Mommy had birthdays, Hank turned 2, Jack turned 2 months, Mommy turned 27, and we had the boys dedicated. Not to mention all of the family free fun that we've been having!!

2 years old, going on 22! He's getting so BIG SO Fast!
Family memories: Roasting marshmallows in our back yard (marshmallows =$1, Hank and Daddy's smile =priceless

Marshmallow was just a little charred :) LOL!

LOL!Showing lots and lots of new smiles every day! Love you Jack! Bringing us so much joy!

Dedication: Publicly giving our boys back to God (Nov 14th 2010 - Mommy's bday)
Statements from Mommy and Daddy:

HANK - "Hank, the life in you can light up a room of smiles. You bring joy and laughter to Daddy and Mommy, and to many others that see your enthusiasm for life. Your kisses and kindness bring us joy, and we cannot wait to watch the man you become in Christ Jesus."

JACK - "We love the miracle of life that you are Jack, you are Daddy and Mommy's little man. God meant for us to be blessed to raise you, and we are excited to see you become the man after Christ's own heart. You light up our life with your smiles, and we delight in the mellow spirit God gave you."
Such a wonderful ceremony, pastor prayed over the boys and over Tyler and I to raise up the Hank and Jack according to God's Holy word and to know Jesus Christ as their Savior.

A family portrait where we weren't the ones taking the photo ;)
In a time of giving thanks, this is the time that we appreciate all that the Lord has done in our lives. Life is so simple and so full of wonder. This is the time we can praise Him for our health, for our family, for His goodness, His GRACE and especially for taking our sins on the cross. Thank you JESUS!

And Finally - our favorite season is right around the corner, and we celebrate Christmas for the coming of a Savior. Gifts are always nice, but lets remember there are those with far more needs than we have. Do something for someone else this holiday, a stranger perhaps. "Give your own children less of your presents and more of your presence." -Mark Connelly

Here's a couple favorite links that your simple contributions can help other children in need:

http://www.toms.com/ (for every pair of shoes you buy, one pair goes to a child in a 3rd world country) FYI- they are cute shoes too :) I'd wear 'em
http://www.charitywater.org/ ($20 donation gives one person clean water for 20 years, to help build clean wells where there is not any clean water - say what? $20?)
We will be feeding children in Africa for 1 year on just $40... if you want more info on that, email me.

Lets celebrate His birth unselfishly.

Life As We Know it...

We are doing as well as can be expected - having a newborn means NO SLEEP, and having a 2 year old means TANTRUMS. So other than being sleep deprived and listening to a screaming kicking child every other day, LIFE IS GRAND as we know it ;) And that's about all we know.
Hank will turn 2 on October 25th, and Jack will be 2 months on that day. We haven't made a post since Jack was born and so it's time to brag with some recent photos to update all of you. These are our sweet, handsome, little growing men......

JACK WILLIAM LABRUM has arrived!

Our new son, Jack William Labrum was born August 25th, 2010 at 8:38am
He weighed in at 8 pounds 2 ounces (I had guessed 8lbs 3oz - close :) He was 20 inches long. He sure is a handsome little fellow. And we are so blessed to have him in our lives! We arrived at the hospital at 6:30am on Aug 25th and I had a terrible migraine headache... I was ready to roll, the sooner I could take any medicine, the better. Since they don't allow me to ingest anything, I just had to wait the 2 hours.
JACK JACK, you were worth the wait little buddy!! CUTE FAMILY PHOTO :)
Tyler is such an awesome Dad and Hubby... he's been taking excellent care of us during my recovery. Thanks babe!Momma loving on her new little munchkin
Such a good and quiet baby... we love you little buddy!

Jack is ready to go home and we are READY to take him home!!

My Pregnancy...

Besides the fact that my husband makes me feel like a total princess with his charming comments on how beautiful I look when pregnant, I actually do LOVE being pregnant. Being pregnant in August however, not so much. I feel like I can't escape the heat and I have been ever so ready to have this little guy...
Here's a few photos a week or two before Jack arrives...
Lack of sleep is ever so present and I am getting anywhere from 3 to 5 hours a night. I am uncomfortable.
C-Section....... YES PLEASE!

Memories Made in Oregon...

We were in Oregon for 1 week and we had a blast making memories!
We had not been there to visit since Hank was 2 months old. Below are some photos of our little family having fun. Hank loved playing with his cousins!!!

ABOVE: Colton and Hank playing in the Sandbox

BELOW: Riley playing at the park, loving the slide
The boys also loved the park! We ran off in a hurry when it started to rain.
BELOW: After a cold rainy day and playing at the park, Angela and I gave the kiddos a bath.
Hank had fun the entire time he was there - a bit grumpy at times from some teeth breaking the gums... nonetheless, he Loved it!
We had a huge sleep-over and the whole Labrum clan spent the night, lots of fun and lots of late night visiting... we were tired the next day.
ABOVE: Our Labrum Men playing PS3 on 2 TVs, they were in heaven!

ABOVE: On the 4th of July at Lake Oswego - Nana Labrum playing with Hankers. He is getting SO Big!!!
BELOW: Fun on the 4th playing Soccer in the Park, surprisingly they don't seem as uncordinated as they look. HA! LOL... Just Kidding Guys!

BELOW: Papa Labrum feeding Hank some Yummy Ice Cream from Tillamook Cheese Factory. That place was really cool... and we can even buy Tillamook Cheese at our Arizona WalMart!!

BELOW: Hank diggin' his feet in the sand at the beach at Twin Rock! I think he's lovin' it!

ABOVE: Our Sis in law Liz with our new nephew Landin (3 months)

BELOW: Hank's first time ever to the beach, he had so much fun that he wore himself out!

AWWW... A Surprise Baby Shower to Celebrate Jack! I was stoked! MISS YOU ALL!
