Birthdays, Halloween, Dedications, and a whole lotta FUN!

Thankful & Blessed are WE!
Talk about an amazing season of memories in our life. Tyler and I feel SO SO incredibly blessed by the major things happening in our lives right now. I wish I had an easier way to upload photos because I have SOOO many wonderful beautiful photos to share.

Since our last blog post, great things have happened. Hank and Mommy had birthdays, Hank turned 2, Jack turned 2 months, Mommy turned 27, and we had the boys dedicated. Not to mention all of the family free fun that we've been having!!

Family memories: Roasting marshmallows in our back yard (marshmallows =$1, Hank and Daddy's smile =priceless

Marshmallow was just a little charred :) LOL!

LOL!Showing lots and lots of new smiles every day! Love you Jack! Bringing us so much joy!

Dedication: Publicly giving our boys back to God (Nov 14th 2010 - Mommy's bday)
Statements from Mommy and Daddy:

HANK - "Hank, the life in you can light up a room of smiles. You bring joy and laughter to Daddy and Mommy, and to many others that see your enthusiasm for life. Your kisses and kindness bring us joy, and we cannot wait to watch the man you become in Christ Jesus."

JACK - "We love the miracle of life that you are Jack, you are Daddy and Mommy's little man. God meant for us to be blessed to raise you, and we are excited to see you become the man after Christ's own heart. You light up our life with your smiles, and we delight in the mellow spirit God gave you."
Such a wonderful ceremony, pastor prayed over the boys and over Tyler and I to raise up the Hank and Jack according to God's Holy word and to know Jesus Christ as their Savior.

A family portrait where we weren't the ones taking the photo ;)
In a time of giving thanks, this is the time that we appreciate all that the Lord has done in our lives. Life is so simple and so full of wonder. This is the time we can praise Him for our health, for our family, for His goodness, His GRACE and especially for taking our sins on the cross. Thank you JESUS!

And Finally - our favorite season is right around the corner, and we celebrate Christmas for the coming of a Savior. Gifts are always nice, but lets remember there are those with far more needs than we have. Do something for someone else this holiday, a stranger perhaps. Here's a couple favorite links that your simple contributions can help other children in need:

http://www.toms.com/ (for every pair of shoes you buy, one pair goes to a child in a 3rd world country) FYI- they are cute shoes too :) I'd wear 'em
http://www.charitywater.org/ ($20 donation gives one person clean water for 20 years, to help build clean wells where there is not any clean water - say what? $20?)
We will be feeding children in Africa for 1 year on just $40... if you want more info on that, email me.

Lets celebrate His birth unselfishly.
